So here we are so far,Primer on the bumpers. The final bumper color will be a cream and also the wheels which will be visible around the Cadillac caps.

The Merc pickup grill! I like the look of the top 47  Merc grill piece and after it is polished it should work.

Next up is more metal work.

Here is the back of the cab painted so now I can put the box on to stay!

Did the inside of the box,Black. Now for the outside  next week. Am busy with family,reunion and baby sitting so will try for the end of the week.

Now for something NEW! How about the Mercury cast aluminum plate? It is off of a 47 Merc pickup,I can hack and grind it to fit the curvature is the same. Any thoughts? Give me some ideas! With the four bar Merc Grill equally spaced it might work. Hope so!
